Water, The Real Truth
Many of us don’t understand the important of having clean water to drink, wash in and to use for growing and preparing foods. Although we always hear about how we are going to run out of oil and energy, the fact that clean water will probably run out sooner.
Why is it that water is so important? The answer is simple, it is an essential part of our life and plays a role in almost every function our body does. Fact, most people don’t get enough water and a large amount of people are dehydrated, this is excluding those who live in third world countries.
One of the most major issue's is that people tend to think that things like tea, coffee, fizzy drinks and even alcohol are included into our daily fluid intake. All of these drinks will make you more dehydrated.
The human body is made up of 60% water and the brain is composed of 70% water. Water is needed for the body to perform the functions. Some of the most important functions include, the transport of blood around the body, the transport of nutrients into cells, the transport of waste out of our cells and of course the functioning of the brain.
