Detailed Product Information
The recipe for Essiac tea was developed by Rene Caisse, a Canadian nurse. She first heard of Essiac formula from a Native Canadian Ojibwa healer. The healer said that the blend was intended to purify the body and balance the spirit.
Essiac tea is one of those herbal formulas which have been used for hundreds of years. Although each of the herbal ingredients in Essiac tea can be used individually, when the herbs are combined together into Essiac Tea Blend that is when they are thought to work together in the promotion of general health.
This Essiac Tea Blend is a concentrated formula and there are enough ingredients for 12 batches of tea. You need to use it in varying strengths dependent upon your condition. For a serious condition each batch is good for about one month, for chronic conditions two months and as a preventative three months.
