A simple delivery service that works. At Simply Feel Good we treat all orders as high priority. We promise to dispatch your order the same day if possible. At the moment 90 % of orders reach our clients the next day where orders are placed before 4pm.

At Simply Feel Good, we know from years of experience that our service is only as good as our couriers. We have spent hundreds of hours to identify a service which will fulfil your needs 100%.

For the smaller items (under 1kg) we use Royal Mail (signed for service) we have found these to be efficient and reliable giving a 98.5% delivery success rate.

Please note Packaging weight isn't included in product weight displayed with each product, and it must be included in the overall shipping weight.

Delivery & Risk

We dispatch items ordered by you as they are available using First Class Royal Mail in the UK, Interlink Link and City Link Couriers and Airmail or Express Carrier outside of the UK. The delivery charge is as set out in the Deliveries section. The Couriers will attempt to deliver your parcel and will request a signature. If for any reason the courier can not get a signature at the requested delivery address they will leave your parcel safe with a neighbough or in a safe place. A card will be placed through the requested delivery address stating the destination of your parcel.
